Mat time is positive intention time

It seems to be a common experience that we forget all about sankalpa (setting positive intentions) if we haven't done a "mat" practice. Our mat practice can be as simple as intentional sitting, following a guided meditation, physical postures, or all of the above. Finish mat time by repeating your sankalpa to yourself.

Fleur has a good explanation of sankalpa in our online classes if you're unsure or need a reminder.

The results of taking this bit of time? More emotional balance and control, more life balance, overall well-being. Isn't that important?
